Electricity:
Tulum’s electricity is supplied by CFE. While rare, unannounced outages can occur and are beyond our control. We are always available to help coordinate with CFE if needed.

Sustainability Commitment:
Our villa is equipped with advanced AC units that help conserve energy. These operate only when guests are present with doors closed. Disconnecting these systems will result in a $200 penalty due to their impact on energy efficiency and environmental protection.
