Nearby are local attractions to include the Tulum Ruins of Parque Nacional Tulum, Parque del Jaguar, Xel-há Park, and Xcaret Park.

The space

Casa Ohana is an exquisite brand *NEW* villa ideal for large families or groups up to 7 people (6 adults comfortably). Downstairs is a queen bedroom with a full bathroom. Upstairs holds an additional full bathroom and two additional bedrooms: 1 king size canopy bed and 3 individual/twin sized beds. One individual air mattress is also available and on site. Floor to ceiling windows are located throughout the air-conditioned bedrooms and common areas providing natural light and a perfect view for spectators to observe the tropical birds, trees, and flowers of Tulum.

These Concierge Services are arranged at an extra cost and organized by the activity planner separately. Complimentary check-in refreshments and fresh fruit are provided for each guest stay. Late check-out and early check-in cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability and additional fees. To guarantee the property is available when you need it, please book your reservation appropriately.

The community is tucked away from the city noise and into the enchanted jungles of Tulum, so there are plenty of native bugs and birds cohabitating the area, so please be prepared. We cannot control nature. We recommend to bring repellents so that you may enjoy the outdoors free of mosquitos. Please beware that small animals might come visit in the night if food is left outside as food attracts animals and bugs. In addition to bringing repellents, we recommend to rent a car. Many choose to bike or taxi around Tulum, but for many reasons including safety and affordability, we would recommend renting a car or scooter.

Lastly, Casa Ohana is private family home and we, the owners, would love to embrace our guests as extension of our own. So please, come as guest, but leave as family.

Guest access

The entire villa, private garden with pool and private rooftop terrace with jacuzzi tub. Guests may access community amenities as well to include: movie room, gym, yoga room, pool, playground, and basketball court.

Other things to note

*Baby gates (2), portable crib (1), yoga mats (2), first-aid kit (1), hair dryer (1), individual/twin-sized air mattress (1), a cooler (1), and iron with an ironing board (1) are available and on-site.
