• 12:00 PM - Savor a delicious on-site lunch.
• 01:00 PM - Depart for the ancient city of Cobá.
• 02:00 PM - Explore the Cobá pyramids, immersing yourself in Mayan history.​
• 04:00 PM - Visit a local Mayan community for a cultural experience.
• 05:00 PM - Return to Tulum and other designated drop-off points.

Our free round-trip transportation service in Tulum operates only from designated meeting points. We do not pick up from hotels or Airbnbs in Tulum.

Group Bookings (8+ participants):

For groups of 8 or more, we offer personalized transportation directly from your hotel or Airbnb in Tulum. Please provide your accommodation details and WhatsApp number for coordination and confirmation.

Pickup Outside Tulum:

• Puerto Morelos – Pickup available only on Mondays and Fridays, with an additional cost of $10 USD
• Playa del Carmen & Puerto Aventuras – No extra cost for pickup

Cancellation Policy:

• Full refund if canceled at least 72 hours before the experience start time.
• No refund for cancellations less than 72 hours in advance.
• No changes accepted within 24 hours of the start time.
• All cut-off times are based on local time.
• If you request a date change, no refunds will be issued in case of later cancellation.
