Relevant Information

• Children under 5 years old who can travel on their parents' laps are free of charge.
• We do not offer pickup service for the area between Caleta Tankah and Soliman Bay due to limited access. However, we can arrange a convenient meeting point nearby for your comfort.

Meeting Point & Transportation

Enjoy complimentary round-trip transportation from the following locations: Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen, Puerto Aventuras, Akumal, and intermediate hotels. Pickup will occur approximately 90 minutes before the activity begins.

For Tulum, please note that hotel pickup is not available. Instead, we offer convenient meeting points. Please arrive 15 minutes before the activity starts at one of the following locations:

• Oxxo La Veleta
• Chedrahui Tulum
• Copal Tulum hotel entrance
• Kore Tulum hotel entrance

Cancellation Policy

• For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the experience’s start time.
• If you cancel less than 72 hours before, no refund will be issued.
• No changes will be accepted less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
• All cut-off times are based on the local time of the experience.
• Once a date change has been requested, the reservation becomes non-refundable, even if canceled.
