Group Bookings (8+ participants):

Groups of 8 or more qualify for personalized transportation directly from your hotel or Airbnb in Tulum. Please provide your accommodation details and WhatsApp number so we can coordinate your pickup.

Pickup Outside Tulum:

• Puerto Morelos – Pickup available only on Mondays and Fridays, with an additional $10 USD fee
• Playa del Carmen & Puerto Aventuras – Pickup is free of charge

Cancellation Policy:

• Full refund if canceled at least 72 hours before the experience.
• No refund if canceled less than 72 hours before the experience.
• No changes accepted within 24 hours of the start time.
• All cut-off times are based on local time.
• If a date change is requested, no refunds will be issued for cancellations afterward.
