• Playa del Carmen & Puerto Aventuras: Free pickup available

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancel at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund.
• No refund for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the experience.
• No changes accepted less than 24 hours before the tour.
• All cut-off times are based on local time.
• Once a date change has been requested, no refunds will be issued upon cancellation.
