If your booking is for 8 or more participants, we can offer a personalized transportation service and pick you up directly at your hotel or Airbnb in Tulum. This option is available for larger groups, providing the convenience of being collected from your accommodation. To arrange this, please provide us with your accommodation details, and if possible, your WhatsApp number so we can easily coordinate and confirm the pickup time.

Please note that for Puerto Morelos, the pickup service has an additional cost of $10 USD and is only available on Mondays and Fridays. For the areas of Playa del Carmen and Puerto Aventuras, there is no additional cost for the pickup. Cancelation Policy

• For a full refund, you must cancel at least 72 hours before the experience's start time.
• If you cancel less than 72 hours before the experience's start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience's start time will not be accepted.
• Cut-off times are based on the experience's local time.
• Once a change of date has been requested in your reservation, there will be no refund in case of cancellation.
