The pick up time is from 8 am to 2 pm.

This package includes roundtrip transportation from your hotel or AirBnb to the excursion site and back.

We only require a non-refundable deposit of $50 per person. Please note that the deposit if non-refundable to allow us to compensate for allocated resources to reserve your booking.

Any cancellation must be initiated by email by contacting us at reservas@xamanhaconnections.com. Cancellations by phone will not be accepted. -Weather conditions: tour takes place rain or shine. Bad weather condition is not a valid reason to cancel a tour. -Circumstances beyond our control: Xaman-Ha Connections is not responsible for itineraries canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as flight delays, ships unable to dock for any reason, or unscheduled closures of tourist sites. -Special cases: other major force cancellations might be discussed to reach an agreement. A verification of the reason why the tour was canceled will be requested.

-Cancellations more than 24 hours before the tour. 30% of the total cost of the canceled services will be kept as a cancellation fee. -Cancellation less than 24 hours before the tour: if the tour is canceled less than 24 hours before the tour starts or the client does not show up, no refund will be given and the Client agrees to pay the 100% fee for the reserved services. -No-show. If the client has not shown up nor made contact with us via the telephone number provided on the booking form within 30 minutes after the start time of the booked tour, we will consider it a No Show, and no refund will be given. Customers booking an airport pick-up service should contact us as soon as possible if their plane is delayed or canceled. -Refunds will be returned through the same payment method used by the customer to pay services unless otherwise agreed with the client. The client will take care of the costs/commissions necessary for the transfer of the refund. Cancellations by Xaman-Ha Connections -In the unlikely event that Xaman-Ha Connections has to cancel a tour, we will always first try to agree to another timeframe that works for the client. -If we couldn't agree on another time for the excursion, the deposit will be refunded within the next 10 business days.
