• Full refund for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the tour start time
• No refunds for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the experience
• No changes accepted within 24 hours of the tour
• Cut-off times are based on local time
• If a date change is requested, the booking becomes non-refundable
